✨ DAY 12 OF 12 DAY JOURNEY: UNLOCKING THE IDENTITY OF JESUS CHRIST

Updated: Dec 25, 2025

“THE LAMB, THE STONE, AND THE STAR”

Revelation 22: The Throne of God and of the Lamb

⭐OPENING REVELATION (SETTING THE ATMOSPHERE)

At the end of Scripture, God does not introduce something new —
He reveals what was always true.

Revelation 22 does not point us forward only —
it pulls back the veil to show us who sits on the throne.

“The throne of God and of the Lamb.”
Not two thrones.
Not divided authority.
One reign. One glory. One purpose.

✝️  “HE KNEW BEFORE HE CAME”

Before Jesus was ever laid in a manger,
He was already present.
Before Bethlehem, before Nazareth, before Mary —
He was there from the beginning.

He walked through the Testaments unseen.
He watched generations rise and fall.
He saw rejection long before it reached His hands.
The prophets spoke of Him,
but they also suffered for Him.

They were imprisoned.
They were attacked by giants in the land.
They were rejected by the very people they cried out to save.
They wept for a nation that wanted a king instead of God,
power instead of presence,
visibility instead of obedience.

And Yeshua saw it all.

He saw Isaiah speak and be ignored.
He saw Jeremiah cry and be mocked.
He saw Ezekiel prophesy to a stubborn house.
He saw David pursued while anointed.
So when Jesus stepped into flesh,
rejection was not a surprise — it was preparation.

✝️ THE LAMB KNEW THE COST OF HIS IDENTITY

He knew:

  • Many would not receive Him
  • Many would misunderstand Him
  • Many would prefer religion over relationship
  • Many would stand close — but never enter

This is why Scripture says:
“He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.” (John 1:11)

Rejection was woven into His mission —
not because He lacked power,
but because truth exposes hearts.

✝️ EZEKIEL’S TEMPLE — THE SHUT DOOR

And then the Spirit brings us to Ezekiel’s vision of the temple.

There was a door that remained shut for a season.
A holy entrance no one could pass through.

Many were still standing in the outer court —
present, but not permitted.
Near, but not intimate.
Watching, but not entering.

That door represented access not yet opened.

It showed us something prophetic:

  • God desires closeness
  • But holiness requires timing
  • And revelation requires readiness

✝️ JESUS — THE DOOR THAT OPENS ACCESS

When Jesus came,
He didn’t just fulfill prophecy —
He became the door.
What was shut in Ezekiel
was opened at the cross.

The Lamb:

  • Tore the veil
  • Opened access
  • Invited humanity beyond the outer court

Yet even now, many still remain outside —
not because the door is closed,
but because they won’t move beyond tradition.

⭐ 12 CONNECTION: “THE KING THEY REJECTED STILL REIGNS”

From the beginning, God knew rejection.

When Israel cried out in the days of Samuel,

Give us a king like the other nations,”

God responded not in anger, but in sorrow.

He said, in essence:
“I have been your King. I have fought for you. I have delivered you.”

Yet the people chose Saul — a visible king — over an invisible God.

That moment was not just historical.
It was prophetic.

Because the same pattern would repeat itself with Jesus.

 ✝️ SAUL TO THE SAVIOR

Israel accepted Saul because he looked like a king.
But they rejected Jesus because He did not look like the king they expected.

Saul stood tall in appearance
.Jesus stood humble in obedience.

Saul was crowned by people.
Jesus was crowned with thorns.

And yet — both rejections revealed the heart of man:
Humanity often prefers power they can see
over presence they must trust.

✝️ THE TITLE OVER THE CROSS

When Pilate placed the inscription above Jesus:

“Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews”

It was written in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin
so the whole world could read it.

What they meant as mockery,
God meant as proclamation.

They rejected Him —
but they still named Him King.

✝️THE LAMB ON THE THRONE (REVELATION 22:1,3)

Scripture:

“The throne of God and of the Lamb…”

 Kingdom Insight:

  • The Stone rejected on earth is enthroned in heaven
  • What builders refused, eternity crowns
  • Christ is both foundation and finisher

➡️ History rests on the Stone it tried to ignore.

✝️THE STAR THAT NEVER SETS

 Scripture:

“I am the Bright and Morning Star.”“They need no lamp nor light of the sun…”

Kingdom Insight:

  • The Star that announced His birth
  • Becomes the Light that replaces the sun
  • From manger light → eternal glory

➡️ Christmas was the first light — Revelation is the final brilliance.

✨ACCESS RESTORED FOREVER

Scripture

“Blessed are those who wash their robes…”

Kingdom Insight

  • The tree of life returns
  • The curse is removed
  • The relationship is fully restored

➡️ What was lost in Eden is restored in the Lamb.

✨REWARD AND INVITATION

Scripture

“My reward is with Me…”“The Spirit and the Bride say, ‘Come.’”

Kingdom Insight

  • Jesus closes Scripture with invitation, not fear
  • Reward follows faithfulness
  • Eternity is relational

➡️ The final word of the Bible is not judgment — it’s invitation.

✨CLOSING DECLARATION (SEAL DAY 12)

The Lamb who was slain reigns on the throne.
The Stone rejected now holds eternity together.
The Star that announced His birth now lights forever.

From manger to throne.
From cross to crown.
From time to eternity.

This is the identity of Jesus Christ.

✨PROPHETIC DECLARATION (SEAL THIS MOMENT)

Jesus knew before He came.
He endured because He saw the end from the beginning.
He accepted rejection because He understood redemption.

From the prophets’ tears
to the Lamb’s throne —
this was never about surprise.

It was about purpose.
And now, the door stands open.
The Lamb reigns.
The invitation is clear.

✨ FINAL 12 DAY JOURNEY

**“From manger to throne.
From cross to crown.
From time to eternity.

The Lamb reigns.
The Stone stands.
The Star still shines.

This is the identity of Jesus Christ.”**

Unlocking the Identity of Jesus Christ

✨GENTLE CHRISTMAS BENEDICTION

May the Light that entered the world quietly
shine gently upon your heart.

May the Lamb who was born in humility
reign in your life with peace.

May the Stone the builders rejected
become your sure foundation.

May the Star that announced His coming
guide you into truth, rest, and hope.

And as this season closes,
may you carry Christ beyond the manger —
into every moment, every place, and every tomorrow.

Grace to you.
Peace to your household.
And glory to God forever.

Amen.
